Positive: Even though it's a little of the beaten track, Vu Linh homestay was pleasurable experience. Nam, who speaks good English, and his family made us feel welcome. Meals were excellent and there was plenty of happy water every night. Our upgraded accommodation with con, comply bed and hot water made sleeping enjoyable. Motor bike hire was on site as well.

Negative: Liked it all. Nothing bad to say

Positive: Wonderful place. We planned 2 nights and ended up staying a week. Mr. Nam was most helpful, his wife Kay cooked amazing food for us every night - everything fresh and local (I eat everything, but was asked about special dietary needs right away). Language = not a problem, Mr. Nam's English is fluent. We went swimming in this beautiful lake - Mr. Nam took us out on it with his boat - for the faint of heart: warm, sweet water ❤️ We also enjoyed the home's pool and took many walks in the surrounding nature. This is a peaceful, tranquil place - as an artist, I was able to return to creating after a long creative drought. The family is incredibly friendly, our private room with AC was clean and spacious. Had I been able to ride a moped, No doubt I could have borrowed one here. Highly recommend this place if you want authenticity AND a chill vibe. Leaving with a laughing and a crying eye, planning to come back ⭐🙏⭐

Positive: The family that runs the home stay and the genuine Vietnamese experience they offer. The meal they prepared was very large and tasty.

Negative: We arrived just after a storm so there were a few issues associated with flooding. That however is no one’s fault.
