Summary: House was great. Accommodated 3 separate families with ease. Lots of pool floatables for the kids. Our driver Marty was a huge part of making our trip memorable! He went above and beyond for us and was very attentive.

Summary: The property definitely has that “wow” factor when you walk in - the open great room and the VIEW. The infinity pool blending into the teals of the ocean is beautiful. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Do take the warnings about no see um’s (sand flies) seriously, and bring or buy reef-safe bug spray.

Summary: Our group of 11 (2 families) had such a great week at the Vivaro Roatan Beachfront house! Marty met us at the airport along with another driver to transport us all to the house after a grocery stop at Eldon's. We utilized Marty as our driver throughout the week. He was very prompt and easy to communicate with. Marty's wife Chef Blackie prepared appetizers & dinner for us the evening of our arrival as well as cooked our tuna we caught on our fishing charter another evening. The house and location were perfect for our large group. We enjoyed many hours swimming in the pool and relaxing on the deck. We would highly recommend Vivaro Roatan Beachfront!

Summary: We had the most incredible stay at this beachfront home in Roatán! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views—crystal-clear turquoise waters just steps from the porch, swaying palm trees, and soft white sand that felt like our own private retreat. The home itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, blending island charm with modern comforts. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a fully stocked kitchen made our stay effortless. We especially loved relaxing on the deck, sipping coffee in the morning and watching the sunset each evening. What really set this home apart was the location—quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to great snorkeling spots, beach bars, and restaurants. We felt completely safe and at home the entire time. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway in a truly magical place, we can’t recommend this home enough.

Summary: Our family group of 13 had the most amazing week at the Vivaro Roatan Beachfront house!! Upon arrival, the large doors facing the outdoor space and beach were open, creating a magical moment when we walked in. Prior to our arrival Tanya (Owner) and Matt (House Manager) were great to work with, always very responsive to our questions and helpful at providing important information as our arrival date approached. Matt helped arrange our transportation from the airport with Marty and he met us at the house when we arrived to give us a tour of the house and property. Knowing we would be hungry from our long travel day, we had Chef Blackie prepare appetizers and lunch. Matt communicated with her to ensure that the food was hot and ready when we arrived! We also utilized Marty as our driver throughout the week when we needed a van to get our large group to places on the island. He too was very prompt and easy to communicate with! The housekeepers and grounds crew kept everything clean and looking beautiful throughout the week. Our group really enjoyed the outdoor living space with ample tables, sofas and loungers. We spent hours of time in both the pool and swimming & snorkeling in the bay. We really appreciated using all of the snorkel equipment and pool floaties available at the house. We also had a successful morning fishing excursion with Capt’n R Charters & Tours – our group of 7 caught 2 Tuna and 1 Barracuda. Reagan cleaned the fish for us, which we were able to enjoy! We loved visiting Victor’s Monkey & Sloth sanctuary (just a short walk from the house) and also had a great private snorkeling day with ‘Big John’, who also provided water taxi service for us right from our dock at the property. During our stay, Matt went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed. He even helped us successfully locate a forgotten wallet in a taxi! In terms of the house, the bedroom layout was perfect for our group and the mini split A/C’s in each bedroom worked perfectly for cool sleeping, the kitchen was well equipped with anything and everything we needed, the location was private but within easy walking distance to the West End area, and we knew the staff was available if needed. We would VERY highly recommend Vivaro Roatan Beachfront!!

Summary: We loved our time in paradise!! The house was wonderful, with plenty of room for a party to spread out. The infinity pool overlooking the ocean was amazing. The sunsets were breathtaking, as was the coral reef right off the dock that you could swim to from the house, which was an added bonus. We really enjoyed our time with Marty, who was able to shuttle us around the island, and his wife cooked the most delicious meals for us. Tanya (the owner of the house) was a pleasure to work with, as was the property manager, Matt. The cat that hangs out around the house, Marley, was the cutest cat ever! We recommend taking a panga trip to the East End and stopping at On the Rocks from the boat for some memorable play time with a bar monkey! For animal lovers, you can hit AJ's in the East End on the way to the panga, and that was fun as they had sloths, parrots, monkeys and guinea pigs you could hold. Overall, Roatan was a memorable place to visit with white sand beaches, friendly locals and great food. We had a great time relaxing and recharging!! Thanks for an amazing stay!
