Serenity Beach House is a brand new, high-end, private beachfront home that is less than a mile to West End. World class diving and snorkeling is just a short swim from the private beach and dock. Relax at your own private luxury resort!
New boat 30ft Cobia! For just $500 per 6 hour day or $2500 for the whole week, cruise around fishing and snorkeling in your own time with Captain Amos!
Serenity Beach House is a 3,200 square foot private home that sits along its own 100' of white sand beach. All four bedrooms face the ocean and have their own private bathrooms. The master bedrooms on the main level have king beds and 50" flat panel TVs. One bedroom downstairs has a king bed and the second downstairs bedroom as two double beds. Each bedroom has its own AC unit and ceiling fan. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and luxury linens. The bathrooms all have private showers and toilet rooms and are stocked with high-end towels.
The main level has a large gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, Honduran hardwood cabinets and is equipped with stainless steel GE Profile appliances including a large ice maker in the kitchen island, range stove/oven, separate wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, and large side-by-side refrigerator with French doors. The kitchen is stocked with high-end cookware, knives, plates, glasses, coffee maker, blender, and all the supplies a chef would expect in a top-quality private kitchen.
The family room on the main level has beautiful vaulted hardwood ceilings, a large 8 person dining table, sectional sofa with a 60" flat-panel TV, DVD player, and sound system. The 20' accordion doors in the family room open up to the large deck with stunning views of the reef and breathtaking sunsets.
The downstairs family room has a sleeper sofa, and two comfy chairs to view the 50" flat-panel TV.
There is a large laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer. There is also an outdoor freshwater shower to rinse off after a dive, swim or snorkel.
The large pool sits along the edge of the beach facing the beautiful Roatan reef and the stunning sunsets. The deck is well furnished with an 8 person dining table and umbrella, chaise lounge chairs, and sitting area. There are also chaise lounge chairs and hammocks to enjoy on the beach. No great outdoor living area would be complete without a high-end BBQ. Serenity Beach House comes with 42" commercial grade stainless steel BBQ that is perfect for cooking the "catch of the day."
The entire home is fitted with a water purification system. All water inside the home is safe to drink! There is also high-speed wifi with range all the way to the end of the private dock.
Serenity Beach House comes with two stand up paddleboards, and snorkel gear for (6) adults and (2) children
Serenity Beach House is located in a quiet area just minutes from West End which is the heart of Roatan. The location is perfect for those that want to be close to the action in West End but also want to have privacy away from the crowds. West Bay is just a short water taxi or taxi away.
Serenity Beach House comes with full concierge service through our local property manager. A private chef and masseuse are available upon request. Boat rental- please book in advance, gas is an additional charge, days trips further afield on request .

Summary: We had the best stay at Serenity Beach House! We were a group of 8 adults and it was our first time to Roatan. We loved everything about the house and its lay out was very spacious and functional for our group! Amos, the boat captain and onsite contact took care of every the we needed! We loved how welcoming he and the rest of the staff we interacted with were! We cannot wait to come back some day!

Summary: The home was beautiful, however if access to the water including paddle boarding, kayaking and similar activities is of interest, I couldn’t recommend it more. We enjoyed being able to walk out the back door and into the water. When you exit the small community there’s a small market across the street. Everything else was within a few minutes drive or a water taxi.

Summary: This house was exactly as listed. They sent a taxi to get us from the air port and take us directly to checkin. The air conditioners in every room was a great relief from the heat/humidity. We had a fantastic day with Amos when we set up a charter with him. All the guys went fishing in the morning then we all went to Little French Key after they cleaned the fish. Amos is a great boat Captain and fantastic around the house, he came by to check on us and if we needed anything we just had to call him. He is able to setup anything that is needed or will help you himself. The property is just off the busy west end so we were able to drive a quick 5 min or take a water taxi into town. We enjoyed the quiet nights and privacy the neighborhood provided. The kayaks and paddle boards provided let us go out past the bay and snorkel at the reef. It was so easy to get to where people were scuba diving and see all the reef. The property is well maintained and we were very happy with our stay.

Summary: Everything was fantastic! Make sure to not book any activities in advance and when you arrive, the caretaker of the property and boat, Amos, will hook you up with everything including boat trips, restaurant recommendations, monkey and sloth tours, etc.

Summary: This property is well maintained. The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances and cookware for many successful meals in the spacious kitchen and living area. We traveled for a week of total relaxation and that is what we got. Thanks to Amos, the caretaker, he is so responsive, and better than that, an all around great guy and boat captain. If you rent this property a day of boating with Amos is a must, he knows his homeland and the ocean so well and we had the most amazing time with him. The home has kayaks and paddle boards for fun and a wonderful pool that during February has both sun and shade. The dock and deck at the end of the dock is the best place in the world for morning coffee. The home is neat and comfortable. Make sure to inquire at the rental office if there will be any service technicians expected during your stay. The four bedrooms were spacious and the onsuite bathrooms very nice. We would rent this home again without question.
