Positive: Luis the owner is wonderful. He helped us with several local recommendations and even had a rental car delivered to us. He was always available via WhatsApp for my random questions. Luis has a true customer focus and made our stay great.

Negative: The traffic noise was so bad in the downstairs apartments that we couldn't watch TV or have a conversation with the windows open. I never considered myself noise sensitive but it drove us bananas. The noise did slow down at night but ramped back up around 6am. The location is about 15 min walk out of West End on a main road. We made the walk at all times of day and it was safe but you definitely have to watch out for traffic.

Positive: Bliss on the Bay is about 10/15 minutes walking distance from West End. The host, Luis, is very helpful with everything. You can do some laundry for a few bucks and it's overall cheap for my stay of 23 nights. Highly recommended if you travel alone like me or as a couple. 9/10

Negative: There was some mild errors with the WiFi. It kinda went off sometimes but that didnt matter to me.

Positive: the space is perfect for solo tarveller. they have a kitchen, a balcony where you can hang your laungry. i appreciate the on-site manager Luis, he is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer your questions. he also helped with ordering water tank ($2 for a 5 gallon tank), and replacing a new gas tank. there is coffee maker.

Negative: it'd be nice to have hangers for towers. location: it's a 10-15 min walk to Half Moon Bay, because of the road work the walk isn't very safe, as traffic is heavy and people drive fast. it's right by the main road, you can hear traffic in the night, it'd nice to get some ear plugs. at the hindsight, i would probably choose chilis (at similar price range) at by the half moon bay to save the "walk time".

Summary: a wonderful stay; you have everything you need.

Positive: A great little place, walking distance to west end, cute appartments with everything you need at a very resonable price, and the owners are wonderful, they accommodated us in every way they could from discount scooter rental as a guest to helping us out of a bind when we couldn't withdraw any cash on the island due to power failure and atms being out of money. Definately stay here!
