Positive: We were traveling with our family of 5 so I loved that each kid had their own bed. The bathroom shower was also amazing . We were visiting family in Vista so the location was also a perk. Walking distance to so many restaurants and breweries.

Positive: The facility was easy to access by road and access codes. Communication was great. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well supplied with everything we could need. Beds were firm and comfortable. It was quiet and conveniently located to get a morning cup of coffee.

Negative: Wish it was closer to Carlsbad.

Positive: This is a great apartment for a family or several adult guests. The beds are comfortable, the small kitchen is very nice and well-equipped. The apartment is quiet even though it is right in downtown Vista. The gated parking is very good.

Negative: Had a few issues with hot water, but we worked it out. On Saturday night, other guests had guests and they took up all the parking in the gated parking.
