Summary: Great for what we needed - room was very comfortable, breakfast bar included was typical, coffee was very good. Staff was very helpful, no issues at all. The pool was small and didn't make it out there - only had two pool chairs so not much room. Only downside is the price - super expensive for this type of hotel but there weren't many other options.

Summary: We tried to ck in at 4pm on 6-26-25 and were told the room wasn't ready and that it would be ready in about 35-40 minutes.When we returned back at 5:30 the room still was not ready. Fifteen minutes later we were handed the key to the room. Was told the room was actually ready the whole time due to a lack of communication between the room service and the front desk. Contacted the Assitant Manager,Christine Lane about our displeasure. She agreed to compemsate 50 percent off the entire stay. We were also told by her, that Hotels.com will refund us the amount. We have not seen that happen on our credit card balance as of this date and time. Please advise us with any information reguarding this matter. John and Ruth Holstead.

Summary: It was nice but I wish breakfast times ran a little later because those who have kids it’s hard waking them up early just to eat. Also housekeeping should be daily not every other day. And the laundry should have more than 1set of washer/dryer.

Summary: The room was very spacious and beds were super comfty. I just wished we didn’t have to insert our card to keep the electric on because we needed the AC on we had to keep the card in and the 2 lights by the couch stayed on all night so we slept with the lights on. They did bring us a crib for my infant was it was dirty. Over all our stay was great breakfast was nice.
