Summary: The apartment and Kim were perfect. We did a long weekend to see Legoland and the Safari park, and this property is close to both. There is a coffee shop/bakery, McDonald's, and CVS all in walking distance. Great restaurant next door. The app was not working when I landed in San Diego, but Kim's number was listed, and she answered right away to give me all I needed!

Summary: The place was clean and had plenty of security for me and my family. The only issue i had was all the fees taked onto the final price roughly $500 in additional fees they don't tell you until check out. Other than i would recommend this place.

Summary: Spring break, did beach, Legoland and SD Safari. Great location near safe downtown restaurants. 10 mins to Legoland and 30 mins to the Safari. Rooms are larger than expected, nicely furnished home! Would stay again.
