Positive: A very well maintained flat, clean, airy, welcoming, comfortable and homey. The whole space is innovative, modern, very well layed out and the furnishings are exquisite! The bed and the pillows are very comfortable. It has a designated parking space and it is conveniently located next to the bus station too. We very much enjoyed staying here, so we highly recommend it!

Negative: The only thing that I want to mention is that the flat is located next to a busy road, so there is traffic noise, however the pvc windows and the shutters are good quality so they block off the noise.

Positive: It's a beautiful apartment that has everything you need. The location is great as there are bakeries and restaurants everywhere. The bus stop is right outside if you don't have a car. You can walk to the beach, takes about 15min. There are also many grocery shops nearby. Lovely comfortable stay!!

Positive: very cozy and nice apartment situated right opposite the bus stop which is very nice, everything was clean and good, i really felt like at home, it all was just good as expected, the owner(s) got in touch with me very quick and helped whenever i needed help, were very polite and respectful

Negative: by the end of the stay there was no hot water in the shower in the mornings, that was a little bit confusing and uncomfortable also when booking this apartment hold it in your head that there is a road just under your windows and no matter which time of the day is it, you are gonna hear the cars driving outside also through the entrance door of the apartment you can hear all the people who walk into the house, someone talking or coughing, laughing etc.

Summary: very nice apartment, if i ever fly to heraklion again, i am definitely gonna stay here again

Positive: Wonderful, new apartment. Located close to the beach, close to supermarkets and a bus stop. Eleni is very friendly. We enjoyed our stay in the apartment .
