When we walked into the apartment, we were all amazed at the cozy environment. We were moved when we saw what you've prepared for us, the food, drinks... I carelessly lost my phone in the taxi, and the only one I can turn to for help is you. You comforted me and got my phone back and sent it to me in an hour. How kind you are! And when I told you my friend got a sting on her back, you patiently asked me about her condition. We felt so warm here that we didn't want to leave. We want to stay here for a few more days!!! But our journey has to be continued! So let's meet in the future! And now I'd like to give you my wishes and thanks from the bottom of my heart! Positive: This apartment in Heraklion was absolutely perfect! Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed: comfortable beds, a spacious bathroom with a large shower, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils and dishes, a comfortable sofa and large TV for watching movies, and a spacious veranda with a barbecue and children's toys where we could relax in privacy after a long day at the beach. The photos in the listing matched what we found, but living in the house was actually more enjoyable than I had imagined. Upon our arrival, we found the refrigerator stocked with delicious local products, a basket full of fruit, and everything we needed for a hearty breakfast. The host was super kind and always available to accommodate our every request. Free parking is easy to find just a few meters from the house. I highly recommend it to everyone. It will be my new stay when I return to Crete.

Positive: Our host, Anna, was always attentive to us. We felt comfortable and relaxed, as if we were at home. Drinks, fresh eggs, and fruit were prepared in the fridge. Our children, ages 3, 5, and 7, were able to play in the garden, making for a fulfilling few days.

Positive: The warm feeling that we were at our own home! Everything is so nice and thoughtfully arranged that you never feel like a service is provided but that you are at a really close friend's house! Look at the other reviews for the amenities. I would just like to comment on the hi tech heating pump air conditioning system that provides a really nice atmosphere!

Positive: The house is a designer show case. Everything (bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry, patio) is so well set up that part of the vacation is staying at the home. The hostess went out of her way to ensure that were made to feel at home. The neighborhood was a treat with the locals helping us to find food, cafes, GELATO!

Positive: The house is better than the pictures! And it's not a standard rental house but a house that offers all details! The host was exceptional, she even left the fridge full with everything you might need, eggs, cheese, soft drinks, Uzi, beer, and some fruits. The kitchen was full! Everything you need like coffee, some snacks, honey, olive oil etc. Anna, the owner, even cooked Musakka, a traditional Greek dish for us, considering that we would be hungry when we arrived. The garden is bigger than the pictures and our 6 year old liked it very much!
