Summary: When entering the room, the power should have turned on when the room key was inserted into the holder. However, it was later revealed to be a contact failure, yet they irresponsibly blamed it on a regional power supply issue.

Summary: I loved this property. Nice breakfast offered and a comfortable room with a big king bed. The shower and toilet are in two separate closet type areas at the foot of the bed with the sink and vanity between them. A bit weird, but it works. My one complaint with this B&B as well as most of the B&B‘s in Crete was the plastic mattress protector that they use on the mattress. I can never sleep through the night without waking in a soaking sweat when they are used. I would like to suggest quilted fabric mattress protectors for the hotel. Much more upscale and can be laundered easily. It is a bit unfair to pick on this one Hotel regarding this issue because it exists in most of them. This hotel is in a great location and it’s a fun place to stay.

Summary: Didn’t have the best experience… number of issues from day 1, told we’d get some form of compensation but never did. Smaller issues came up throughout the stay which just contributed to the poor experience. Examples - water cut off two days in a row whilst mid shower, had to miss dinner reservations whilst waiting for it to be fixed, AC wasn’t working on day 1, had to ring multiple times to get someone to look at it, they weren’t entirely sure and said the ceiling fan would be enough which I pushed back on, miscommunication between staff - would agree something with one member of staff who wouldn’t pass it on so therefore I was having to call numerous times chasing things up or I would’ve ended up getting called and questioned (late checkout was agreed to a certain time, had a phone call twice during the time we were meant to have our room to ask us when we’re going)

Summary: Unique cute hotel to stay;great energy even hotel rooms were small we loved this place. . Everything about the rooms was out of ordinary;great design and good feeling.Ladies in the Reception were great and very helpful.We loved comfy bed and nice linens.We would love to stay there again!Hotel has good location walkable to restaurants and stores but it is quiet.We could sleep with windows open which was priceless.
