Relax by the beautiful pool with shaded areas or take advantage of the conveniently located laundry rooms. Enjoy fishing off the dock in the scenic Marco River, with Snook Inn, great restaurants, and shopping just a short stroll away.
Application Fee is $150
EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
CANCELLATIONS must be made 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.
