Summary: This is an overall great house! We had 8 in our party and had plenty of room. We had 4 teenagers ans they loved the space, pool and dock. I would recommend this house if you're looking at Marco Island.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Marco. The property is in a great location and the neighborhood is very nice. Perfect for large family’s traveling together and needed extra space. Close to beaches and all of the great local restaurants.

Summary: We chose this property for our family vacation, including 3 primary families. The layout was fantastic and we really enjoyed the pool. We also were able to rent a boat and have it delivered to the house and launch from the back. We really enjoyed this property and location.

Summary: Stayed with wife one single daughter in main house and other daughter , husband and baby in Casita. Layout worked great. Very walkable area with sidewalks. Close to everything you could need. My only negative comment about Marco in general is the almost constant noise of leaf blowing , mowing and construction. That is not unique to this house.

Summary: We had a great time. It was very clean. Lots of rooms and comfy beds. All tv’s had streaming services on them. Kitchen was nice with all amenities. Salt water pool was great for the kids. Casita added another master bedroom. Close access to beach. Would stay at this house again!

Summary: Great family house, well presented and maintained. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely to have the use of 4 bikes, beach chairs, cool box etc. all you need for a trip the beach. We rented a golf cart too to get around as everywhere is less than 3 miles. We enjoyed the pool and outside deck area and played corn-hole. Marco is a great place to rent pontoon boats, fish or jetski, kayak or paddle board. We asked the locals we rented equipment off for recommendations for restaurants. Sad for our two weeks to be over, it went so fast, staying in a lovely vacation home.
