Summary: TV remote for bedroom was inoperable. Poor quality coffee pot & refrigerator leaking water out from underneath. Roaches began showing up Wednesday and live ones crawling around by Saturday morning.

Summary: The pool landscaping was beautiful and the private access to the beach was fantastic. We really enjoyed our stay. The suite itself was very basic. We liked having our own kitchen but a few things like a cutting board and basic utensils would have made the kitchen easier to use. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we are thinking about coming back next year to stay in the same place.

Summary: The staff on site where very friendly and helpful. The room were not what I expected at all. So many room features were broken or not provided. Large stain on mattress, bathroom door didn't shut, blinds missing slats so they didn't close properly, lack of dishes in a kitchenette, no working smoke detector, lighting didn't work, refrigerator didn't work, beach chairs were rusty

Summary: Room was fine but there was supposed to be a washer and dryer and no coffee maker! Nobody on property to help with anything. The room was great but the fan in the bathroom was broken… I didn’t like the fact that you literally no one on property
