Summary: Condo was beautifully remodeled. Very clean! Nice comfortable furniture. They really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. Beach towels, beach chairs to multiple coffee pots to make sure you can brew your perfect cup of coffee. We will be back!

Summary: This condo was one of the nicest and cleanest we’ve stayed in. It had amazing beach front views with a huge balcony to sit on to enjoy the views. It was easy to go back and forth to the beach as well. Most everything we needed as far as grocery store, gas, and restaurants were right down the main road the building sat on. The only issue we had was with the beach equipment. In the pictures and description it listed multiple umbrellas and canopies as well as a cooler. We did not see a cooler and would have brought a soft packed one had we known. There was only one canopy and it was broken and only worked a day or 2 and the umbrellas would not stay in the hard sand. We ended up finding a rental place that dropped off an umbrella that worked as almost like a tent with stakes and that somewhat worked. Just listing this so others can be aware and be prepared. Overall a wonderful stay and we appreciated everything the place had to offer.

Summary: This was a great condo! Very clean and had everything we needed. Close to all of the restaurants and shopping. The beach was exceptional and pods of dolphins swam by while we were on the beach! I would recommend this one to everyone! Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: Highly recommend. Really great place to stay on Marco Island. Ideal location. Awesome balcony and view. Great beach with all the beach gear you could ever need in the outdoor storage shed. Dolphin's swim by every day. The pool is great if you prefer that to the beach. Everything you need is included in this unit.
