Summary: We had a great 5 day stay at the house, our group was large - 8 adults and 8 kids all under 5. The house and yard was large enough to accommodate all our needs and walls were thick so we didn’t hear each other throughout the night. The shed was stocked with beach chairs and boogie boards and there was plenty of parking.

Summary: Location, location, location. We just came back from a guys golf getaway at the village luxury. We’ve been getting together annually for over decade, and the 12 of us all fit comfortably. Plenty of parking, and multiple living spaces for all to hang out and catch up. Back patio is a gem. Private, and spacious. All of us were able to sit around the large gas firepit. A lot of thought went into the design and layout of this house. Beach is right around the corner, and the property is minutes away from many golf courses. Many memories made. All of my friends complimented me for booking. Enjoy your stay.

Summary: This house was amazing! We had a group of 12 and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The basement bar area and living room was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked as well. Everything was very clean and well updated. I would definitely go back!

Summary: This house is absolutely perfect. Just like others have said, the posting truly doesn’t do it justice for how large and well-appointed it is. We had a group of 14 women and everyone slept comfortably and with ample bathrooms!! We had the perfect weather so spent most of our time on the patio which has a mega fire pit (need zero thinking or prep as it’s gas!) and a massive table as well. Location is ideal. Even though it’s on a main road, it feels very quiet and private in the house and patio. Would highly recc and want to return!!
