Summary: This house is organized well for a larger group with 6 bedrooms. It was well supplied with utensils, kitchen supplies, wine glasses, multiple washer/dryers. It was modern, in excellent condition. In short, a great property for our 8 adults and 2 little kids. Highly recommended

Summary: The property was exactly as listed, our party had a wonderful time staying here! The hosts were very responsive to any needs or questions. The unit itself was very clean and easily accessible to the nearby beach and local market. The outdoor patio and firepit area was absolutely magical, our family thoroughly enjoyed it! Only point of feedback I would say is that the listing mentions soap is available, but it's just handsoap so make sure to pack that. The wifi connection in the basement (and cellular connection in the area) are also pretty poor. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed and hope to be back!

Summary: This house was in excellent shape and worked very well for our group which was two families with young adults and a 5 and 7 yr old - plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their own activities! The kitchen was very well equipped as we prepared Thanksgiving sides and desserts to bring to another home. Even though it was cold out, we enjoyed access to the beach where we took some beautiful walks. It was perfect!

Summary: If this house doesn't have it then you don't need it, the owner's have thought of everything! The house is perfect for larger gatherings, plenty of space to hang out together and 3 different levels to hang out on when you don't. The yard is private and has a large lava rock fire pit where we spent a lot of time. Lot's of sunshine in the yard and plenty of outdoor seating. So far it's the best house we have ever rented!

The house was immaculate, well-organized, and beautifully decorated. No detail was overlooked. Joseph and Linda were wonderful to deal with as well. A 10 all-around!
