Summary: Overall, a good option for medium sized families with a hard-to-best location for those who prefer the bay side to the Atlantic side of the Cape. Positives were location, well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor space (both patio and lawn). Negatives were lack of cleanliness, limited bathrooms for number of beds, and general house layout (old/charming Cape home that appears to have been renovated in segments, making for somewhat odd layout).

Summary: The house was roomy and comfortable. The grand children enjoyed the large yard. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access to restaurants and delicious ice cream. Able to get the whole family together in one place at one time. Priceless.

Summary: This home is well kept and in the perfect location for a bayside beach stay. Bedrooms upstairs and downstairs are large and provide sleeping for many guests. The stairs are steep, so be careful if you have little ones with you. The large yard is great and very sunny (no shade or patio umbrella). Great getaway house for larger families or groups. Located near the shops in Dennis which is convenient. Thank you!

Summary: Beautiful cape cod home with lots of open space to fit the whole family! Rooms are all spacious with soft beds. Walking distance to Howes beach which is beautiful. Outdoor shower is wonderful. Decent size deck with large, well landscaped yard. Outdoor TV was a plus to watch Red Sox games! Overall, the house is spacious, well kept and offers lots of privacy and room for larger families. Host was great, easy to communicate with.

Summary: My wife and I have stayed here for 2 summers in a row and will definitely return again next year and hopefully for years to come! The house was very comfortable, clean and is accomodating. It has everything we need and then some. Minutes to Dennis Village and the beach. You can't beat the location. We are looking forward to many more relaxing vacations here. I highly recommend it to couples and larger familes.
