The villa is beautifully decorated, with a welcoming entrance leading into a spacious living area. Summary: We stayed at this villa with 5 adults. The interior was spacious and comfortable, and all appliances worked well—including the washing machine, dishwasher, oven, and hob. There’s a dining table with ample seating at the side of the property, but the main outdoor seating near the pool only comfortably fits 4. The pool area itself felt a little cramped and is situated at the front of the property, which is very overlooked by houses on all sides—something not clear from the photos. Privacy could be an issue for some guests, though fine for us.During our stay, there was construction noise from the rear as neighbours were installing privacy fencing - something future guests will benefit from. Communication with the property manager was fine before arrival, but less responsive once we checked in. We experienced a few short power cuts, which caused issues as the electric gate couldn’t be operated. We were told to keep the gate closed for security, but no manual key was provided, which was a concern as we could be either locked in or out of the property whenever a power shortage occured.The biggest issue was the air conditioning. One bedroom’s unit leaked water despite following instructions from manager and another began blowing out ice. We reported it, but the issue wasn’t fixed and no one followed up. We were concerned for next guests as well as ourselves in 35 degree heat. Overall, the villa has potential, but privacy, AC, and communication issues need improvement.

Summary: We had a nice 10 night stay, facilities were good. Secure remote electric gates on property. You need a car to get about. Had a small issue when arriving with ants on the kitchen worktop, which we resolved, but must keep on top of it. New washing line would be a good tip.we would stay here again

Summary: Beautiful property which suited us perfectly. Choice of areas to dine, out and inside. Kitchen facilities were perfect, nice large fridge freezer, washing machine, dish washer and cooker/ gas hob and we made use of all. Bedroom and bathroom areas were beautiful and we quickly settled in and loved our 2 week stay. I have given 5 start ratings for all aspects as i didn't think my next criticism was worthy of dropping a star but think that having only 4 sun beds available for a 6 person villa needs to be addressed.

Summary: Communication with and information from the letting agency was very good. The villa was perfect for us - it was very clean and very well appointed, ideal for our needs with a young grandchild. It was a little bit further out of town than we expected and the most direct road in to Lagos was not ideal for walking but with a car, it wasn't a problem. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Summary: Stunning property in a quiet neighbourhood 5 minutes (drive) from Lagos, the beach and Palmares golf course. The pool was the perfect size for young kids and the facilities at the property were ideal. Great outdoor bbq, nice size kitchen and shaded outdoor dining area. Would definitely stay here again!
