Positive: - modern and clean with all you need - proximity to the town center (but not right in the middle so you have peace and quiet) - fully equipped with a functional kitchen incl. Dish washer and washing machine & clothing rack (you get one capsule per 2 nights for both machines) - view of st Martin church from kitchen - elevator (4tg floor)

Negative: - two single beds, not one double/queen - parking is not in the building where the apartment is but about 220m away (not a big deal) - pans are scratched so you may want to take your own - you only get 1 capsule of coffee per morning spent even if you are 2 adults not 1 (not a big deal as you can buy more in monoprix, it's just that the ones we got didn't work so well with the Nespresso machine)

Positive: Villa and facilities excellent, views magnificent.

Negative: The only detraction was we didn't realise the walk up from the beachfront to the villa was quite so steep, it is walkable but one of our party was elderly and so not suitable to walk, we got Taxi's up. Would recommend a car if possible.

Negative: All the cleaning kit was locked away and as we were there over a week I would have liked to sweep the kitchen floor 😀
