Gorgeous, surprising, modern luxury 2-bedroom home with lovely views of the Mediterranean Sea and rustic mountains. Less than 100m away from the beach & promenade, popular bars, restaurants and shops. Perfect tranquil location second line to the sea, in a small secure residential complex at the start of the beautiful southern Playa Ventanicas.
This bright and sunshiny house, east-west facing, has a great open layout with windows galore, patio doors, mosquito plissé or pull down screens, roller blinds, air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. The interiors are exquisitely decorated and extremely well equipped with contemporary furniture and wonderful lighting in all rooms.
A sweeping, beautifully furnished sea facing terrace offers direct access to the manicured gardens and large communal swimming pool and toddler pool.The terrace is partially covered, sunny in the morning until part of the afternoon and shady later in the day. There are 2 extendable awnings and sun curtains.
The property also comes with a fabulous kitchen boasting granite counter tops with breakfast bar, stainless-steel appliances, induction hob and remote control ceiling hood, excellent quality kitchenware and crockery and all the gadgets needed for a cooking in a lovely setting. Ice cube maker and bottle cooler.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms each with large comfortable beds and mattresses, aircon, dimmer lights, wardrobe, chest and upright coat rack. To suit individual preference one of the twin beds can be adapted to a king-size box spring and suitable linen is available for any setup. The master bedroom has a bright en-suite with fan, heater, suspended toilet and sliding window with mosquito screen.
From here there is also easy access to the sea facing terrace.
