Positive: This place is paradise! The owners are so welcoming and want to make sure your stay is seamless. We felt so looked after. The garden is like a little tropical heaven and the pool was incredible. Breakfast was amazing and we were at the start of our honeymoon and the owners prepared us a milk rice dish as well for the special occasion. Couldn't have asked for a better place to start our trip.

Positive: What’s not to like! Beautiful well kept gardens, with a large pool and seating around it. Short walk to and from the main house to our room. The breakfast was delicious. We were offered a variety of Sri Lankan food which added to the experience. The best part, was meeting Sanjeewa. He was incredibly welcoming, offering a sweet treat and iced tea whilst we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived a few hours early). Thank you for such a wonderful start to our trip.

Positive: We had a lovely final night stay here before flying the next day. Great location only about 20mins for where we needed to drop off the hire car. The pool set up is amazing. Location is really peaceful especially given how close to the airport we were - lagoon on one side and beach on the other. Breakfast was fantastic- all my Sri Lankan favourites! We had two rooms they were clean and well presented. Nice quiet air-conditioning. Size of the room fine but not as big as some places we've stayed and this was one of the more expensive places we have stayed at.

Positive: This was a lovely villa with just 4 guest rooms. It was peaceful and quiet with a beautiful lush garden and a great pool. There were lots of places in the property to relax in such as pool lounges, beanbags, a hammock as well as indoor spaces. The couple hosting the property provided a fantastic service and delicious meals. Nice to be located away from the busy centre of Negombo with the lagoon at the bottom of the garden and a short walk to the beach and a nice little cafe.

Summary: A great place start or finish your holiday in Sri Lanka.

Positive: The grounds were lovely and peaceful. The staff were friendly and approachable.

Negative: Could have used a little more furniture in the deluxe studio - were tripping around our suitcases to get to the bed. No refreshments on offer, and no fridge in room if you wanted to get your own from the shops.
