Positive: Oh my. This blew our expectations out of the water. It might just have been the best value place I’ve stayed at across 36 countries. We were the only guests; the villa only has one guest suite, and we were cared for so so so well; colorful gorgeous breakfasts, little knocks on the door occasionally with a yummy smoothie, all the info we could want about the area, and the rooms… such gorgeous lighting, so many interesting pieces of art, such a luxurious vibe, so peaceful and quiet, AC at this price, SO much storage space to keep all our luggage organized and off the floor, wow wow wow wow. Definitely try Senorita Public House down the road, we’ve been in Sri Lanka three weeks now and that remains the best restaurant we’ve been at so far.

Negative: Quite literally nothing.

Summary: Best value place I’ve stayed at possibly in my entire traveling life.

Positive: Superb value for money. Deepalil.and Jennifer are the perfect hosts. Only the 1 room and it's a small detached self contained chalet. Breakfast was excellent, more than enough, in fact it did me all day till my evening meal. And a pack of sandwiches to bring away the day I left for the train to Kandy. It is very quiet in this area but very close to the beach. Too rough the time of year I was there to swim. Lovely bar/restaurant only 10-15 minutes walk away with superb food and plenty of options. Dutch Trails. And a cracking pint of Lion beer. Tuk tuk is about 800-900.rupees, about £2-2.50.into Negombo, half hour ride and defo to be experienced. Can't recommend this place highly enough. Thanks Deepalil and Jennifer for such an enjoyable stay.

Positive: I recommend this place because is very peaceful and the location is great. The room is very big and beautiful, it is very confortable. The breakfast is wonderful, full of fruits, toasts, juice... The family was so good and kind from the beginnig that i feel so thankful with them. At that moment I was waiting for my indian eVisa and they helped me a lot with the airport and the booking ticket and the phone calls. I will never forget them. Thank you very much from the deepest part of my heart. God bless you and to all for family members. Thanks thanks thanks. See you next time!🤗❤️

Positive: We liked everything in this stay. The host was friendly and helpful. The room was large enough. The size and of bed was good. They supplied enough consumables including bottled water, tea and coffee. The breakfast was delicious and the quantity was more than sufficient. We ordered for dinner, which was also very good. We felt like staying at home. Very comfortable. This was the best accommodation that we had stayed in the entire trip of Sri Lanka. A beach is there at a walking distance. People swim in the evenings. Far from Colombo, but the price we paid was much cheaper which compensated the distance. Well connected by bus, uber and pick me. We would like to come again!
