Semi detached villa recently restored with the use of precious materials, located in a quiet area in the south of Sardinia, in the Costa Degli Angeli village, only 350 meters from the beach about 6 km long.
The villa has its own private garden and consists of two floors. There is a bedroom with its own bathroom on each floor. Each room is air-conditioned and equipped with all necessary to allow you to fully enjoy your vacation.

The ground floor:

The following facilities are available just 200 meters from the villa: supermarket, restaurant, pizzeria, bar and a bus stop to get to Cagliari - Sardinia capital city (20 min travel) with the best shops, or on the opposite direction to get to Villasimius in the same 20 min. There are a pharmacy and a post office 2 km from the villa, and only in 500 meters a port, where you can rent a yacht or a boat, or take an excursion and diving. Water Park is about 15 min by car. Talasos Therms Spa is 8 min. by car.

Summary: The house was very complete and comfortable. The host, Oxana, is very friendly and helpful. We had a very good time there, there are many beautiful places to visit within 30 min drive (Cagliari, beautiful beaches etc).

Summary: Wonderful experience! The house is very nice, well furnished, with a peaceful, romantic garden and .. just three steps from the beach. It has just been restructured and it's so comfortable! You can reach in a really short trip by car both the amazing city of Cagliari and the most beautiful beaches of southern Sardinia. The landowner is so nice! I'll certainly go back!!

Summary: Relax and comfort We spent a great time in this nice villa with garden, elegantly renovated and equipped with all comforts. A large garden terrace with sliding windows is the ideal place for dining. The shore is 3 minutes walking, the area is fully residential and there is no traffic. Cagliari is 20 minutes car driving (public transportation is also available).
