Summary: Our letdown: intermittent wifi connection. The resort hosted a large group of children staying for the regional sports event, making us unable to rest properly due to the noise from this large group. There is dust on top of the door and shelves. Some furniture outside was broken. On the positive notes, the staff were gentle and tried to support us with our complaints about the noise. The breakfast was great, and the garden and swimming pool were well-maintained. There's lots of potential in this resort, unfortunately, not enough effort and paying attention to details could have easily made it a 5-star resort.

Summary: The staff was amazingly helpful, particularly Christiano, the desk clerk, and Emanuella, the concierge, were the best. If you need to do business while at the hotel, don't even consider it because the WiFi is slower than dial up. I had two important business meetings on two different days and I wanted to pull my hair out. I was disconnected 4 times in less than an hour on the first meeting and 5 times on the second meeting. If you don't need WiFi, then this hotel is better than average but the food is very expensive for what they offer. All buffet type meals, only. On the 7th day there, I found a small refrigerator that was empty but it was hidden in the closet. We had no idea it was there. It would have been helpful to know that in advance. Carry water containers because they don't have any containers in the hotel unless they are hiding those too. They do have a nice pool and a nice small beach. Parking is free and wasn't any issue with an overflow lot next door.
