Summary: We have been travelling a lot so far, but we never had such a perfect accommodation. From a warmhearting welcome to a such a perfect well stocked lovely super clean house(from shower gel to cotton pads nicely arranged) to a open fire place or a pellet ofen to use for cold evenings. It is so beautiful located and we can‘t say thank you enough to Mariano et Marina being incredible hosts. We highly recommend your house for a stunning holiday. All the best for you

Summary: First of all the house is very clean and don’t miss a tool in the house. Everything is there and free to use. The bad part is the surrounding . Bus station directly in front of the house and a bar across the street. Yelling and party people almost all night until 2 am. If your not afraid of the loudness , this house is perfect .

Summary: Martina & Mariano were very nice and always available for any advise. The flat is lovely with practical commodities. The dogs of the neighborhood barking the night can disapoint if you dont have yourself a dog.

Summary: We had the pleasure of staying at Mariano and Martina's place for three weeks and would defiantly recommend it to anyone and hope to go back ourselves. From the warm welcome we received from Mariano and the guided tour of the property when we arrived, to the messages to ask if everything was ok during our stay and Martina's friendly visit to collect the keys when we left, the owners could not have done any more too make us feel at home and welcome. The property itself was clean, well equipped and a ideal base to explore the stunning Sardinian coastline and less than 30 minutes drive to the centre of Cagliari. The Pizza restaurant above the convenience shop, opposite the property is worth a visit if you are only wanting to walk out for a meal. the only annoyance during our stay was the neighbour's dog that insisted on barking throughout the day whenever the owner was out. (usually from 7am). But this did not spoil our stay and is or course out of the owners hands, so I would certainly recommend this property to anyone, with it's spacious rooms, two bathrooms, garden and lovely patio area with ample seating and also friendly, helpful owners. I certainly hope to return next year.

Summary: Thank you Mariano and Martina for great hospitality. Me and my husband did a fabulous time in apartment. The place has everything the traveler will ever need, including bath, toilette accessories, bath robes, extra towels, bed linen. Apartment looks even better in real live than in photos. Everything is clean, well equipped. Wifi, SkyTV, even bicycles for your need. Very nice outside little green zone with everything for barbecue, sun bathing ect. Sorting of waste is a little bit difficult at the start (we noticed that waste recycling is a bit of problem of all Sardinia), but Mariano leaves written instructions where to put which garbage. Actually there is just one small lack, there is no dishwasher. I would recommend to add this machine to the household because there is no wish to wash dishes in holidays. Hosts give to us written recommendations for best beaches, surroundings, restaurants to explore. Supermarket with late working hours is just across the street, that is really convenient and not often infrequent out of the city. Certainly to live there the car is necessary, but how can you explore island without a car. The place is ideal for romantic getaway or for couple with children. I would definitely recommend and come back to this place.
