Positive: The majority of the staff at the resort were warm, welcoming, and consistently friendly. I was especially impressed by my room attendant and dining attendant — both were fantastic. My garden room was spacious and comfortable. Although it showed some signs of age and wear, it was spotlessly clean and serviced twice daily, which I really appreciated. The location was very good — quiet, close to the dining area, and with a lovely garden outlook. That said, next time I would definitely book a beachfront room, as the views of the water from those rooms were beautiful. I opted for the full-board package, which included all three meals at the buffet. The variety and quality of the food were excellent, and the rotating theme nights added an extra layer of flavor to an already impressive selection. Kudos to the chefs and kitchen staff. The beaches surrounding the island were absolutely beautiful and offered excellent snorkelling right off the shore. I also joined several morning snorkelling excursions and was incredibly lucky to see whale sharks, a large group of manta rays, turtles, and dolphins. The boat crew was highly professional and made each trip smooth and safe. One of my favorite spots on the island was the adults-only pool area. It had a beautiful outlook, was always peaceful, and featured a nearby bar for drinks and light food. I especially appreciated the absence of music from the bar — just the sounds of the ocean and palm trees made it a relaxing space. Overall, it was an enjoyable and rejuvenating stay.

Negative: While my room was centrally located on the island, I found getting around to other areas quite challenging due to a recent foot injury. The resort does not offer a golf cart or buggy service like others do which is something to keep in mind when booking for those with mobility issues or other physical concerns. While most of the staff were friendly, I did find some of the reception team could be more attentive and accommodating. I experienced a couple of long waits when trying to get information about tours, and the checkout process was impersonal. Also, on checkout, it is useful to check the final bill carefully. I found incorrect charges that increased my bill total, although they were eventually corrected.

Positive: The variety of activities from water activities (swimming, snorkeling, diving), excursions (whales/turtles/mantas/sunset excursions), the private dinner on the beach option with a personal chef, the swimming pools, the close proximity of the beach to the room. The variety of the menu for the main meals (dinner/bed and breakfast), the snacks available in the bar. The all-inclusive package was absolute value for money. Wi-Fi worked well. The convenience of a spa, swimming, snorkeling and diving excursions amongst others, makes this a fun, relaxing or active holiday as you desire. The food and beverage menus are tasty, a variety and of good quality and quantity.

Negative: This was our second visit in a few years There was so much improvement in the facilities with an extended deck area for outside meal enjoyment, lazing around and also a bigger variety of beverages and meals on the package.

Absolutely stunning location, the most amazing staff, food to die for, and the ocean… oh my gosh our dives and the dive shop took the entire experience to another level! Loved this place! Everything is clean, enhances and blends into the natural surroundings, and truly makes you feel like you’re in a tropical paradise!

Negative: That it’s so far away from our home! I wish we could come several times per year.
