Positive: The property manager had decided to put me in the hotel next door which did have a nice room but it ended up with other people then not being able to get their rooms. I have no idea what the Fehivilla rooms actually look like. I stayed next door at the Royal village inn which was a nice room. Both accommodations are new listings so once the reservation issues can get resolved they should get better scores.

Negative: The first night my room was taken so I had to stay at a different location. Then I was put in a different hotel which caused other people not getting their rooms. The manager needs a better understanding of how the reservation process works.

Positive: The place looks exactly like the photos! The owner is super kind and always makes sure you have everything you need — he really made our stay wonderful. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of!

Positive: The place we stayed was the properties newest hotel. Its right next to The main residence. Place is brand new and very spacious. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are really kind and helpful. Flexibility of staffs made the stay more convenient and felt like home. Definetly would recommend this place.
