Positive: Beautiful historic home. Very clean and comfortable and tastefully renovated.

Negative: Could only get Netflix on the tv and the volume button didn’t work properly. Would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room but they were available downstairs. Just minor details that would have rated the property 10 instead of 9! Would recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Positive: Peter went above and beyond with everything. Nothing was too much trouble. When we arrived he greeted us at the door, even making a fuss of our dog. After showing us around the property, he offered us a hot drink and freshly made scones, which were delicious. Breakfast was freshly made to our requirements, even down to the homemade bread. Peter is the perfect host and made us feel very welcome, it was like being at home. Our room was perfect, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Negative: There was nothing we didn't like.

Positive: Great host. Beautiful house. Outstanding breakfast and hospitality. Very welcoming and friendly. Lovely spacious room with TV and en-suite bathroom. Will definitely go again.

Negative: Would have been great to have tea/coffee in the room, although the host kindly offered refreshments whenever we came back to the hotel. The bathroom could do with a blind on the window.
