Positive: Stunning property , very clean, warm and inviting. Decor was 5 star standard . Everything you could possibly need was provided along with a welcoming bottle of wine , milk and biscuits along with tea and coffee , much appreciated after a long journey. Location was fantastic as I was visiting my mother who was only 4 minutes away, for anyone looking for a central location in the north east this would be a great choice and it’s very close to the motorway.

Negative: We had a dog and with no dividing wall between the adjoining property or gate on the courtyard I couldn’t let it out safely

Positive: The location was excellent- near to Durham, Newcastle, South Shields,Beamish etc. Off road parking meant car was safe too. The hosts left wine, biscuits, milk and tea/coffee. Shower was fabulous and nice soft towels. The beds were very comfy and we slept ok- always strange sleeping in a different bed but managed sleep. I can see why it gets 10/10 deserved this score!

Negative: Nothing it was perfect- clean, well presented If I had to moan about anything it was just traffic noise in front bedroom, rush hour traffic was busy.

Summary: This bungalow was gorgeous, very clean and immaculately presented. Pretty little garden too.
