Positive: We were very satisfied with the spacious room, which perfectly met our needs. The location is great, close to the city centre and major Florence landmarks. We also enjoyed the excellent breakfast at L'Opera Caffè (same owner).

Negative: Our room was at the end of a small hallway in the building, which had direct access to a busy road. Unfortunately, the traffic noise resonated in the lobby, and there was no sound insulation (no window above the door to help). Because of this, our nights were almost sleepless. Once this issue is fixed, the place could be absolutely perfect.

Summary: A beautiful accommodation, perfect spot for having breakfast, but so NOISY at night.

Positive: We absolutely loved our stay in Florence! The house was beautiful and perfectly located — everything was within walking distance. The breakfasts were delicious, especially enjoyed in the café right across from the cathedral — such an incredible view to start the day! Communication with the Giulia the owner was easy and friendly. We’d love to stay in the same place again next time we visit Florence.

Negative: breakfast - great location but pure choice of food, opened from 0830 so pretty late if compared with hotels. not for people with alergy etc.

Positive: This is a very cute yet compact apartment with everything you need for your stay. It is located in about a 5-10 walk from the Duomo, in a neighborhood with lots of fun restaurants and bars. The breakfast is served in a wonderful cafe right under the Duomo - a fantastic way to start the day! Our host, Giulia, was truly delightful and welcoming, and was always available to assist us with anything we needed, including bringing our luggage from the cafe (where we were conveniently able to drop it off prior to check-in) to the apartment.

Negative: At first we were hoping to be a little closer to the Duomo, but when we realized what a fun neighborhood we were in, and what a short walk it was, we were very happy!
