Positive: The location was wonderful being close to the city center. The home itself was beautiful! It had such rich character having been built in I believe the 15th century. Old world charm coupled with modern amenities, like a shower and tub (water pressure was EXCELLENT), modern kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer! We were a family of 8, multi generational. My grandchildren enjoyed seeing the castle and they felt like they were living in a castle. Cristina our host was wonderful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. Stella met us at the property and graciously showed us around, pointing out things to be careful of and explaining the rules. It has been a hot summer so the AC was so nice to have at the end of a long day. Climbing the stairs to the 2nd floor geared me up for our climb up the Duomo. The property far exceeded our expectations. We all LOVED it!

Negative: WiFi was spotty on the 2nd floor, but not a big deal since we generally were just up there to sleep. We usually hung out in the ping pong room playing games.

Summary: Amazing - old world meets modern amenities. Great for families, location and host was the best!

Positive: The host was extremely helpful and communicative even before we booked. The house manager who met us to let us in was even nicer and helped with restaurant locations, taxi pickup reservations, garage and market locations. Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. There were 7 of us and we had enough dishes, cups, coffee, etc. The apartment location is fantastic. Highly recommend this home.

Summary: Very enjoyable, never had a question not answered. So helpful, clean, quiet and air conditioned!!!

Positive: The unit worked very well for our family of 6. It is large with 13 feet ceilings in some rooms, full of beautiful art and character, and comfortable. The walls and ceilings are actually painted frescoes. It had everything we needed and AC kept up on the hot days. Just note that there are 30 steps up to the entrance which may be a challenge for some.

Negative: Not a big issue, but our 6'7" companion had to watch their head through the 6'2" doorways and going up to the 2nd level bedrooms.

Summary: We loved the amazing unit!
