Positive: Staying at A Casa di Giuly in Florence was an incredibly memorable experience. It all started with the attention to detail prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, the owner and her co-workers warmly welcomed us, showing us around quickly and flawlessly. They even helped us find safe and affordable parking for our rental car. Their presence welcoming us face-to-face and ensuring all our needs were met was a wonderful experience that can't be matched by a self-check-in experience that lacks emotion and human touch. The bedroom was spotless, and the comfortable sofa bed made us feel right at home. The bathroom was also very clean and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen made our stay in Florence unforgettable. A washing machine and all the necessary utensils, including soap, were provided, making us feel right at home. It was truly an unforgettable experience and a treasured memory. A Casa di Giuly is my top recommendation for your vacation in Italy. I give it a top score of 15/10. I wish the hosts the best of luck in the years to come.

Positive: We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully decorated, with great attention paid to every detail. The furniture was new and having air conditioning in all bedrooms and the kitchen made our stay very pleasant, especially on warmer days. The kitchen was fully stocked and functional, including a dishwasher complete with detergent and easy-to-follow instructions — a very practical addition. We were pleasantly surprised to find some snacks like biscuits and chips, as well as basic cooking essentials, which made us feel very welcome. Also, the host was really kind, helpful and quick to reply. The garden is a bonus — a nice spot where you can relax, enjoy a cup of coffee or have breakfast outdoors. The apartment is also ideally located, just a 15-minute walk from most of the city’s main attractions, so exploring the area was very easy and convenient. All in all, this place felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and well-located place to stay.

Positive: We really loved this property. Silvia has renovated her aunt’s former apartment in an old/historic building to a very high, and tasteful, standard. Everything looks & feels like you’re the first visitors. Silvia herself met us to let us in & show us everything and she’s a lovely lady who messaged later that evening to make sure we were happy & everything was good. She’s thought of everything & we wanted for nothing. I think this is the first time I’ve ever given full marks to a property & it’s richly deserved.
