Positive: What an amazing place! Location right in the very heart of Venice, at one minute from Piazza San Marco, and all key sights at walking distance. The apartment itself is brand new (2025) and fitted with everything you can think of and more. From the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious and hand-decorated bathroom, the massive walk-in wardrobe, the washer and dryer, and the large amazing classically decorated bedroom with a super comfortable bed. The owner is easy to reach through the Booking app and the key handoff at entry and departure could not have been simpler. She is super accommodating and flexible about your arrival and departure times, and she has great tips for visiting the city. If you are looking at this place and not sure, stop comparing to other places and just book it now!
