Positive: We arrived on Friday and were shown the loft and amenities of the loft by a lively staff member, Chloe. The loft was spotless clean. Comfy beds, loads of room, and beautiful views. It was winter when we stayed, but the weather didn't impact anything. The walks and views are amazing. The food in the cafes and restaurants was excellent. Everyone we spoke to was lovely and inviting from the staff in the bar to the staff in the restaurant from random people walking their dogs on the beach. It was perfect for us 10, and if you didn't want to walk the cliffs or explore the beach, it was literally behind the loft where you could watch dolphins or seals in the water. We all had an amazing time. There are 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets so o queuing for either.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Every minute was fantastic, relaxing and unwinding

Positive: Beautiful village for starters. urchin Loft is like a hostel above the pub. We had it to ourselves and it was perfect for us (7 hikers/cyclist). Plenty of rooms, kitchen and bathrooms for our group.

Negative: A bin in the bathroom!

Negative: We had a lovely tume in the lift ...minor things ....Only one key for 12 people. A lock box for the key would really be great at thispremises if only one key provided. Some extra provisions such as towels and toilet rolls could be provided for 12 people for 2 nights Frying pans no longer suitable , all foods sticks to pan. Door in inner toilet difficult to close.

Positive: Really clean and modern. Amazing location. Great value for money. Kitchen facilities are excellent. Water really hot in the shower

Negative: Only one key to share between 12 people which is quite annoying and difficult to manage. There was also a beeping noise in one of the rooms which we think was an alarm or something from the pub below, which was also unfortunately closed.

Positive: I can't fault anything with this accommodation. From the very start, the staff were so helpful and friendly. The accommodation itself was to a very high standard, very clean and has the most comfortable beds! It was perfect for myself and 10 friends. It's also located right on the beach and has its own pub just downstairs so it was perfect to be able to just go downstairs for a drink and great atmosphere and then go back without the need for a taxi! The staff were exceptional too. From allowing us to store our kayak somewhere safe for the night to posting back my forgotten belongings when I got home, no request was too much for them! I would 100% recommend urchin loft to any groups looking for the perfect accommodation for an enjoyable stay.
