- Please only use use black “makeup” towels to remove makeup, damages to other towels caused by makeup, dirt, or food will have a replacement cost of $15 for each dirty towel or missing.
- Please do not set the AC lower than 70 degrees as the compressor may freeze and cause damage ($200 fee) there are fans located in the bedroom closets
- Only starter pack of toiletries are provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods, laundry detergent)
- Please try to be eco friendly and use towels more than once if it is still clean

Some of the lights are dimmable.
The one in the living room with the knob , you have to turn it to turn it on.
The one in the sunroom, the knob might have to pushed first before turning the knob.
Please put all trash in the trash cans upon leaving. You can put all of the used towels on the bathroom vanity / sink or on the tub.
Please note, the freezer at times will tend to drip water to the top left shelf in the fridge.

Summary: This was great for my husband and I and would work well for a couple with a few young children as well. There was a nice backyard/patio where kids could get some fresh air and some energy out. The kitchen is a little sparsely supplied with dishes, etc. if you plan to do any real cooking, but everything was clean and in working order!

Summary: Older neighborhood. Safe & no problems. Neighbors on each side were quiet. Couldn't hear them through walls. A little street noise from backyard but quiet late at night. Driveway fit 2 cars. Beds and couches were firm. The office desk was nice to use. Rooms were clean. Showers had plenty of hot water. Close to Hard Rock Casino & Busch Gardens.

Summary: We rented this VRBO for a graduation just 2 miles away. The master bedroom was a nice size, as was the living room and family area. The kitchen was well appointed with utensils and dishes. The washer and dryer was in an alcove in the kitchen. It pretty quiet with just a little noise from 78th Street, but the fan masked the noise. The villa is actually defined as a townhouse on Zillow. The unit is in the middle of the row, but each unit is divided by a concrete firewall. We heard no sounds from either side.

Summary: Stayed for just a couple days to get some r&r after a conference. Very close to the casino and Busch gardens so it was a perfect central point for all of our preferred activities.

Summary: In the middle of all attractions. Clean, easy to get to, would prefer a little better surrounding neighborhoods that the neighborhood it was in was great. No issues regardless. Would stay again.

Summary: Decent place to stay close to the Florida State Fairgrounds. Neighborhood not the greatest but no issues. Interior had everything you needed and more than most. Beds were comfortable. Not enough hand towels in the bathroom.
