Summary: This is a great unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the unit a lot. We were in town in part to do things at USF and this unit is right across the street, in a nice quiet complex. The owners are very nice and communicated quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Summary: The check in was easy and convenient. The host was available at all times. The house was well equipped with all our cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable. There were a variety of Restaurants in the area. We would stay at the Charming Condo again.
