Positive: Clean, comfortable, plenty of space, great AC and great communication from the host. They were able to sort an early check on for us too!

Negative: There were loads of wasps on one of the trees outside of the balcony, we had to keep shitting the doors as they'd try to find their way in.

Positive: It’s well decorated. Tv has available subscriptions to use. The owner was nice when I spoke to her.

Negative: The pool was not clean, didn’t use at all! the dishwasher didn’t work, the curtain fell down as I was closing it. The lock wasn’t working at midnight and we couldn’t get in, eventually worked. The washer and dryer were so noisy. Just needs an upgrade to the appliances. The couch has hair all over it.

Positive: We liked everything about this property! Felt like home away from home. It has everything you could need and more. My four year old did not want to leave lol

Positive: Everything from initial online reservation to checkout was wonderful! The apartment location was ideal for access to USF campus and only a short drive to downtown Tampa. It was clean, well maintained, comfortable, and very roomy. We even squeezed in a swim since the pool was so inviting. I will definitely choose to return in the future.
