This quiet and unique one bed apartment is a fantastic base to explore Edinburgh. Only 15 /mins walk to the city centre with galleries, museums and shopping, also bus and train stations and of course Edinburgh Castle, not to mention a five minute walk to The Edinburgh Playhouse. Pilrig is also well placed for visiting nearby Leith, with the Royal Yacht Britannia and some lovely restaurants.
This main door apartment is very quiet and offers extremely comfortable accommodation. There is a spacious bathroom including a large bath and shower. The kitchen/living/dining is compact but fully equipped including a washing machine. There is also a private outside decking area to enjoy. The apartment has a private parking space directly outside, and we are also only a one minute walk to the bus stop where you can catch a bus to anywhere in the city. Free Wifi and a Smart TV with freeview are also inlcuded. All towels and linen are supplied.
We live next door to this property and although we don't have a shared entrance we are around a lot and are always more than happy to help with any queries. If we are not home we are easily contacted.

Summary: Perfect for 1-2 people who plan to spend most of their time out exploring. Owner is right there and very responsive. Two-minute walk to the No. 11 bus which will take you to plenty of interesting places. Washer plus drying racks made for easy laundry.

Summary: Vivian's little apartment was perfect for our 2 night stay as we attended the Fringe Festival. It was in a quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance to grocery and take out. Vivian was quick to respond to any inquiries. The little washing machine was a real plus!

Summary: We would highly recommend a stay here. At the beginning, communication with Viv was great. When we arrived there was ample parking and the apartment had everything included that we needed including tea and coffee and toiletries which was a lovely gesture. The location of the property was perfect to get into Edinburgh but was just as perfect to visit the Leith which is having a huge amount of investment and is well worth a visit. We loved "Lost in Leith" .We will definitely be returning here. Thank you Viv.

Summary: We had a perfect weekend here, it has everything you could need. Just a 20 minute walk to the city centre, it is conveniently located in a quiet neighbourhood. Very clean and comfortable we would love to stay again if we return to Edinburgh.
