Summary: We were welcomed as we went through the front door from a lovely lady who was very helpful and showed us around. The room was nice and clean and had a variety of tea and coffee for us to help ourselves. The toilet was nice and clean and had fresh towels and soap to use. The bed was comfy. We didn’t get breakfast but did get an offer if we wanted it. We couldn’t fault this place and would defo recommend.

Summary: This hotel was excellent! The staff were professional and friendly. I stayed twice! I was able to leave my luggage. When I returned they had given me the same room I previously had and my luggage was already in the room. I was only able to make breakfast once but it was very good! I would definitely book this hotel again!

Summary: We have had a wonderful stay at Number 11. The staff have been excellent going above to ensure we have had a great stay. Our room was excellent number 15. Really really good. Very clean, comfy bed, great amenities. Lovely garden to chill in. Great cocktails. Fantastic breakfast and wonderful evening meal. Very handy for tram. We have had a fantastic 2 nights stay.

Summary: This was our second visit till No 11 in Edinburgh. Unfortunately there was a heathing issue and due to te professional staff member Monika, she arranged a plausibel solution. Thereafter, we were highly satisfied with our stay at the No 11.

Summary: Large clean room on top floor. It was stuffy so they brought us a large fan. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was Amazing! Especially Deepak and Monica!

Summary: Beautiful hotel in a great location. The room was lovely and very cosy. It was great to have a radiator that we could turn on and off as we got drenched in an Easter snow storm! Would definitely stay here again

Summary: Staff could not have been more helpful and lovely. Room was clean and towels looked brand new. Bed was comfortable and we slept soundly. Good position and within easy walking of public transport. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and will use it again next time in Edinburgh
