4 Bedroom House in Bridgeport

Please see video. The house is centrally located and accesses Mammoth, Lee Vining, Bridgeport, Twin Lakes and mountain streams and lakes. Stunning views, fishing, boating, paddle boarding, canoeing, hiking, and natural hot springs are within 10 minutes of the home. Home is a lovely and cozy retreat for one person or for a family. You will enjoy a huge deck plus a smaller one off the loft, ample redwood furniture and a large backyard with picnic tables and a large outdoor BBQ & small Weber to cook your fish. Guests consistently catch fish right in front of the cabin.
For your privacy and the security of the home when vacant, only a few exterior pictures are posted. More will be sent when requested by telephone. Located just a few feet from the creek/river, it has beautiful views of creeks and mountains and is surrounded by 100+ year old pines. Beautifully appointed, entire interior is cedar, tastefully decorated with leather furniture and and nicely furnished bedrooms and baths. (Excellent mattresses replaced in 2024.)Hardwoor floors are throughout, except carpet on the stairs. The kitchen counters are tiled. Large and small appliances are provided; cupboards are supplied with spices, condiments, cleaning products, personal products, etc. A pantry list will be provided upon signed agreement. There is an extra refrigerator for all your fish in the daylight basement
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishes, flatware, glasses, cloth napkins, pots/pans, serving dishes. You need only bring your meats, veges, fruits, and dairy and special dietary food.
A large washer and dryer are in tge daylight basement with laundry supplies. Games found in the basement: corn hole, horseshoes, table tennis table.
This property has been in our family for 60 years; the cabin was built in the early 80's with constant updates. The well is a deep-water well with wonderful tasting water, supposedly a Lake Tahoe aquifer supply. Altitute approx. 7,000ft.

Summary: The setting is incredible with a huge deck overlooking a beautiful view. The home itself has leather sofas and chairs, wine and martini glasses and cloth napkins. You see, it’s not just a cabin. The beds are comfortable as are the pillows and other bedding. Bathrooms are great. The owner stocks the kitchen with essentials so all you have to do it take fresh foods. The cable tv is clear and the Internet works well. If you love the Eastern Sierra, stay here. It will be available in the winter for monthly rental. It’s on my list again to enjoy the wood stove and snow.

Summary: We had a great time! The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for us. Gorgeous location... most importantly, the kids had a great time. What's not to love?! Definitely plan on returning!

Summary: What an excellent place to stay. I rented this house for my group of fisherman for our annual fishing trip and was not disappointed in any way. The location is incredible, and the house has everything you could need including a wonderful owner who made a nice welcome phone call. You are also in a perfect spot for multiple locations to go fishing, or just have a nice hike. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.
