Positive: The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Lovely hot showers. The location was good, right next to a bus stop which took you into Banff and for which the resort provided free bus passes. Staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Negative: The table in the room was small if four guests were sharing the room. No on site restaurant but it’s very easy to get into Banff in about 5 minutes on the bus.

Summary: Wonderful, I would stay there again.

Positive: Huge rooms with fabulous views of Mount Rundle. The kitchenette was well equipped with everything we needed to make breakfast and pack lunches every day—and even cook a few dinners— which saved a fortune compared to ski resort food prices.

Negative: The additional facilities were not great: - “laundry” consisted of a single regular sized washer and dryer for 100+ rooms! We tried to use it twice and it was always busy so we ended up using the laundromat in town. - the sauna was old and had a weird odor…we only used briefly once

Summary: Overall it was good and would stay there again. But for the price the extra facilities really need an upgrade.
