Positive: The location was perfect as it was located on a nice quiet street on a road next to the tree line just a couple of blocks from the main street through Banff. Our host was lovely and very responsive to any questions or requests. It was nice to have snacks and breakfast items available at all times in the common shared kitchen area. There was plenty of hanging and storage space so we could unpack and feel settled. There was a list of suggested restaurants and things to do on the coffee table which was helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and the views of the mountains from the porch. Our host even came to let us know when their were elk out walking nearby so we could see them! You could see them from the driveway of the house so that was an amazing experience. She was such a lovely host that it felt like we were visiting a friend. I highly recommend staying here for your visit to Banff!

Positive: The host was very helpful and kind. Good value for money and had everything a B&B should have. Breakfast was fairly standard, and was self catered meaning we didnt need to be up at a certain time to have breakfast. The host cleaned everyday. The location was a 7 minute walk into downtown, but did mean going up and down a steep hill in icy conditions (we visited in March 25).

Negative: The advertised kitchenette was rather limited (we were travelling for a month so wanted to cook our own meals rather than eating out everyday) with just a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs and all the pipes, which you can't help but worth commenting on if you are a light sleeper. The mountain view was only visible from the shared common room or balcony to get into the B&B - there was no view from the bedroom.

Positive: The location was fantastic. An east walk to town, to Tunnel Mountain hike and to the Banff Centre. Continental breakfast supplies were in the unit.

Negative: It would have been nice to know ahead of time that there was only a microwave for cooking, no cooking surface.
