Summary: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Ugly Bunny. Caylen and Les were gracious hosts (their dog, Scruffy, was friendly, too) and gave welcome tips to help us navigate around town. Accommodation was very quiet and clean, as well as comfortable, spacious and well appointed - with thoughtful touches throughout. Main street shopping and eating are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend you consider staying here if ever visiting Banff. Make sure to ask Caylen how she settled on the name, "Ugly Bunny".

Summary: Beautiful property with the kindest and most responsive hosts. Bed was comfy and I slept like a baby. Only there one night but we wish we could have stayed longer despite having several nights at the Rimrock!

Summary: The property was immaculate and we were welcomed with several well-appreciated amenities. It's comfortable and cozy, and a short walk down the hill to the town center. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating while being completely unobtrusive. You won't have a majestic mountain view out your window, but don't let that keep you from booking rhis gem!

Summary: Caylen thought of everything imaginable. I would totally stay there again. Extremely accommodating and you can tell she takes great pride in her home. It looks like a designer came in and decorated and she has updated appliances and has fresh bread and goodies. Very close to town. We were so fortunate to be close to everything we never used our car . She pours her soul into her garden. It is beautiful!

Summary: Ugly Bunny was a pleasure! Wonderful, thoughtful amenities including washer and dryer and king size very comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. Caylen greeted us and showed us around. The neighborhood was quiet and we walked to dinner. Only wish we could have stayed longer but we had a flight to catch the next morning.

They provided all kinds of thoughtful goodies when we arrived, such as fresh bread and butter, some beverages, and breakfast items. We had everything we needed and more.
