The living room is large and inviting with a wood burning Rundle stone fireplace and upright piano.

Summary: Our group was lucky enough to book one night at Caylen and Les's house due to a last minute cancellation. There is a reason why it is booked solid, its in a perfect location in Banff within walking distance to downtown Banff. From the minute we pulled into the driveway Caylen and Les were there to assist us. They even had some fresh baked bread from the bakery and jam waiting for us which was great. Checkout was a breeze.

Summary: This property was everything we expected. The hosts are very accommodating and have thought of everything , even good suggestions on things to do. Location and proximity to town is great. There were even a family of Elk across the street.

Summary: Ideally located property just 10 mins walk to Banff Ave, everything has been thought of from slippers, plenty of kitchen appliances, cling film etc- just what’s needed for a short or long holiday. We have just stayed for 3 weeks and Caylen has changed bedding and towels so often it’s been wonderful ! Initial basics to get you started which helps and lovely surprises - a real home from home

Summary: Stayed 2 nights and loved it. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Place was very clean. We got lots of goodies like oatmeal, fresh bread and jam, etc. Took 5 min to walk to town. Great location. Would stay here again.

Summary: The Ugly Bunny was perfect for our stay in Banff. It was very spacious, peaceful, and comfortable. It was the perfect retreat to a full day of hiking in the national parks. Caylen and Les were very welcoming! We appreciated all the treats they left for us as well. We would highly recommend staying jere.

Summary: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at the Ugly Bunny. Caylen and Les were gracious hosts (their dog, Scruffy, was friendly, too) and gave welcome tips to help us navigate around town. Accommodation was very quiet and clean, as well as comfortable, spacious and well appointed - with thoughtful touches throughout. Main street shopping and eating are within easy walking distance. We highly recommend you consider staying here if ever visiting Banff. Make sure to ask Caylen how she settled on the name, "Ugly Bunny".

Summary: Beautiful property with the kindest and most responsive hosts. Bed was comfy and I slept like a baby. Only there one night but we wish we could have stayed longer despite having several nights at the Rimrock!
