Summary: Lovely stay. Hotel is not in Banff CBD. Too far to walk into town - and especially back (up a steep hill). There are $2 public bus services. Room product great. Love the open fire. Bathrooms huge. Lovely woodland views. Front desk staff fab.

Summary: The location of this hotel is great - away from the busy downtown and just a mile walk or take the bus (bus stop right outside the hotel). Also nice hikes nearby. The downside is it’s not quiet - there are other hotels/people off the main road all hours of the night and I could hear the family below me all the time. Had to wear my earplugs to sleep.

Summary: Booked a Premier category and were upgraded from queen beds to king - thank you management. Celebrating an anniversary, our stay was short but special. Thank you for the macarons and note. Excellent service at the lodge, room was comfortable, clean and loved the L'Occitane amenities. Breakfast was delicious - french toast amazing!!

Summary: Main house was beautiful and the staff were so helpful great—best part of the stay. The rooms are a bit old/not luxurious but bathroom was clean and sizeable. Loved having the kitchenette. And they also allowed us to request a mini fridge which was awesome! Less than 10 min drive or bus ride to downtown.

Summary: It was my bday weekend with my partner. I really enjoyed the whole place. Our room has rustic romantic ambience, the hot pool is perfect after a day exploring downtown Banff. The best of all is the wood burning fire place - while feeling the breeze of coldness! It was a perfect romantic celebration of my bday.
