Summary: Lovely lodge with balcony, great bathroom & comfortable bed. Really nice room, good restaurant although little pricey. You get a free bus pass for Banff which is handy. Main issue 300 CAD hold on card, as security deposit for a 2 night stay, I’m waiting for it to credit back on my card, I’m sure it will but these ‘deposits’ are unnecessary & inconvenient, we’re travelling around & keep getting these, they take time to credit back! Only real issue here, hot tub could have been better & gym.

Summary: My early check in request was accommodated. The front desk staff was wonderful. I was offered bus passes which I did use. The room was clean and very enjoyable. I always love coming to stay here.
