Positive: House was amazing, the heated pool was divine! The beds were comfy too!

Negative: There were no bathmats or face washers. No lock box for the keys so had to drive into Kingscliffe first to collect them. After requesting a later checkout of 11am I heard nothing back, then requested again to be told they couldn't accommodate the extra hour. I was then told they could if I paid an extra $50 by the property management group! Considering we hadn't checked in until late I thought this was disappointing.

Summary: Fabulous house, worth every cent!
