There are 3 separate living spaces, perfect for the family to spread out. One features a Billiard Table, the second area includes a lounge suite and some reading books and board games for you to enjoy and the third is equipped with a Smart TV, lounge suite and air conditioning.
The spacious kitchen is completely equipped with all modern appliances, electric cooktop, stainless steel fridge, oven, microwave and ample bench space.
The dining area includes an 8 seater dining table and opens onto the covered deck and large pool/backyard.
There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor.
Bedroom 2 features a Queen size bed, air conditioning, ensuite, walk in robe.
Bedroom 3 includes a Double bed, air conditioning and built in robe.
Bedroom 4 consists of two sets of bunk beds, air conditioning and built in robe.
Your parents retreat takes up the top floor and features a Queen size bed, air con, small daybed, open ensuite with double shower, spa bath and walk in robe.
Laundry with washer and dryer with a remote double lock up garage with internal access.
The garden is great for children, plenty of grass, little decking areas, a Barbeque, larger covered deck area with dining table, all surrounding the big pool.

Summary: This property served us incredibly while we visited Casuarina for our sister's wedding. The property is very large with fantastic amenities. Our extended families all used this property as the home base thanks to the scale of it as they stayed nearby also. The children enjoyed the pool, while the adults enjoyed their space. The bunk room was a hit! Check in process a breeze, check out process also very easy and the home was a fab location to the beach and nearby shopping centre. Very grateful to have scored this property before other wedding guests snapped it up. May have been a while since anyone had stayed there as the home was a little dusty however- quick vacuum and wipe over soon cleared that up. Super happy with our stay

Summary: Very comfortable house, my girlfriends and I spent 5 relaxing days. The kitchen is really well equipped, beds very comfortable, lots of books and games, just a comfortable beautiful space. The beach is so close, what a location. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend. Couple of small problems which the girls at LJ Hookers sorted out right away, very good communication and management. Thank you!

Summary: Surfbreak is excellent if you have a large family. The area is very quite and family friendly. It was a 2 min walk to the pristine beach and the home was clean and comfortable. I did not see 1 McDonalds for the 2 weeks whilst were there and I thought that was excellent. Everything is within a 20-30 minute drive that is worth visiting. There is air-conditioning in every bedroom but none in the living areas. The home could use a few extra plug in fans to move the air around the living areas on hot days. Other then that a wonderful place for a holiday.

Summary: The house and the amenities where sensational, so much space with the open living areas yet nice private retreats throughout the home. So much to do while there you'll never be bored!

Summary: House it's self was big and open. Great location, only 2 mins walk to the beach. Had everything a house needs, bar the fact you have to hire sheets, but we actually brought our own instead of paying a ridiculous fee for sheets. Only main bedroom had blockout blinds, all other rooms had sheer blinds. Main bedroom is upstairs away from other rooms, so if you have young children won't be the best. House in general was great, but cleanliness wise it really does need a professional clean as there were marks all over the place. We had a heap of fun and we did love the house.
