Positive: Lots of room for extended family with 4 bathrooms to share. Plenty of space to spread out. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows to choose from. Decent yard for the kids to play. Light and breezy, air con in each main room. Separate TV/lounge upstairs as well (for kids). Surprisingly quiet for a suburban house. Walk to beach and shops!

Negative: Back timber deck is rotting in places and could be dangerous for kids (or heavy people). Lots of flies and mozzies as there are louvre windows in places with no screens on them. Have learnt NOT to book a house with timber floors when there are small kids! (my fault!)

Summary: Great Summer house for a family getaway.

Positive: Location was fantastic. Close to the beach. Bedrooms were spacious. Enough Bathrooms & toilets for all of us. Living area’s were great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outdoor area was comfortable,

Negative: Better explanation on the use of the green “organics” bin. Maybe a compost bin in the kitchen or bags to dispose of the organics as plastic cannot be used. An updated calendar of bin collection days.

Summary: Fantastic. Will definitely go back there.
