Summary: 4 adults - we had a good time here. The beach was okay the ocean was super hot so we spent most of the time in the pool. The jacuzzi was nice at night time. Check in was smooth, parking easy. Very quiet, no noise, nothing bothered us. I would recommend bringing beach towels we thought we could buy some quick but we wasted an hour searching stores where a towel wasn't 50. We also bought a styrofoam cooler for the beach/pool. The place was pretty clean, beds seemed comfortable. No bathroom on the first floor and the spiral staircase could be a problem for older people. The enclosed balcony is large and super convenient as we got destroyed by sand flies at night over by the beach/pool. It is close to a lot of restaurants and attractions. Taking an uber is convenient if you don't want to drive.

Summary: Prices compared to other properties is excellent. The property is a bit outdated but very clean. The management is exceptional. We stayed in marathon, which is in the middle of the Florida keys, but wished I was closer to key west. So much more happening in key west.

Summary: Advertisement pictures are accurate. Very neat place and cozy feel property, right on the beach. Location was excellent, close to lots to do but definitely tucked away private-feel oasis. Slightly older property, a few update things were in need but nothing that took away from enjoying our stay. The rules are a little overboard (at check-in you get a list of #44 rules to follow plus more printed pages of reminders). We also liked the little things— like they supplied cleaning essentials (dish detergent and trash bags, etc) and tennis racquets/basketballs for the courts.
