Summary: While the property was generally as expected, we encountered two major issues that significantly impacted our experience. First, at check-out we were charged an unexpected $60 in parking fees ($30 per night) that were not disclosed at the time of booking. We specifically chose this resort based on the price and the assurance that all resort fees were included in the total quoted by Hotels.com. Being charged an additional amount at check-out felt misleading and unfair. We raised the issue with the front desk, but the resort refused to waive the charges. Had we known about these fees, we would have chosen a different property. Second, on the second night of our stay—our 25th wedding anniversary—we experienced a frustrating situation with our room key. The key suddenly stopped working after hours. Thankfully, my wife was still in the room and was able to let me in. However, this issue meant we were unable to leave the room together as planned. I had to make two separate trips to the front desk, and ultimately waited nearly an hour for a maintenance worker to come to our room and replace the battery in the door lock. This incident disrupted our evening plans to enjoy time together by the water at the resort's dock, which was one of the highlights we were looking forward to. This was a special trip for us, and it was disappointing to have it marred by both unexpected charges and a significant inconvenience on such an important night.

Summary: We went for a mother-daughter trip and it was amazing! Everyone that works there could not be any nicer and food was delish! We went in June and were able to find chairs easily every day and found it to be really quiet and restful.

Summary: Isla Bella was incredible! The upgraded room was well worth it and offered an amazing view, ocean access and a lovely tub! Room service was delicious and so was hotel restaurant. I will stay a night here on all future trips to the keys because I had such a great time! Thank you!

Summary: Our stay was amazing! The resort is beautiful and they are all about keeping their resort clean. The views and the customer service were fantastic! The only complaint I have is that there are a bunch of hidden fees upon arrival. When I received my final bill after check out I was a little disappointed. What they don’t tell you is there are extra daily resort fees, daily parking fees, daily destination fees, and a bunch of other daily taxes.

Summary: Beautiful resort. Service lacking. Only main pool had pool side service and it was very poor. No entertainment that I am comparing to other resorts in the area from prior stays. My first ocean view room was not ocean view had a view of the bushes, I was changed rooms but different type of room but with a beautiful view.
