Summary: Overall, the service was poor. One person in our group did not have air-conditioning in their room. The hotel couldn’t fix it immediately so they had to switch rooms, but they did not have a room in the same category. Rather than just give them the room, the same charge, the hotel up charge them for the new room. So they were faced with choosing between spending more money or having a room without air-conditioning. On the last day of our three day stay the hot water heater went out.

Summary: Beautiful resort. Such warm touch being greeted with champagne and a reusable water bottle. The room was very spacious and decorative beautifully. The Molton Brown products in the bayhrooom were top of the line and the view from our balcony was incredible

Summary: The food service was terrible: we were a party of 10 at the restaurant for breakfast, came at opening 8 AM, and our meal arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later and 4 of the dishes were inaccurate. Many other tables were served before us Pool side it took 45 minutes to get 4 sandwiches The rooms should have coffee mugs and wine glasses, no paper dixie cups.

Summary: This was my 2nd year in a row that I've stayed at Isla Bella Beach Resort. LOVE this place! Only a couple things... I choose the Adult Pool because you offer this choice, however the music never worked and the fountains never worked. I brought the music to your attention multiple times. It was mentioned that it had been fixed and it was not. The fountains weren't able to be fixed until after my stay. We are paying a lot of money to stay there and expect everything to be in working condition. Also, one day lying by the pool a waitress asked if I needed a drink. I said just a glass of ice please. She never came back with my order, but she came back with everyone else's order. I feel that she thought my order wasn't worth her time because she probably thought that she wasn't going to get tipped. Other than that, I TOTALLY enjoyed my stay. I'll be back again!
