Summary: The property was very clean. We enjoyed the fact that we didn’t have to fight a bunch of people for beach space because it had its own private beach. The only thing I would recommend is possibly having basic seasonings in the kitchen. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: My wife and I stayed with another couple. We had a great time.The unit and property we stayed in was very nice and comfortable, and clean. Everything was as advertised. We thought it was a good location within the Keys to access Key West to the south, Isla Mirada to the north, etc.The beach was quiet although there was a bit of seaweed washing in. This was removed during out stay, but due to the warmer than normal spring, more will likely wash in. We would definitely stay at Coco Plum property again.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay in Marathon, this was a great location for all the things that we wanted to do. This property was great as we didn't share walls with anyone, there was even a washer and dryer in our building we could use for free. Check-in was super easy with us arriving late, check out was easy too. There was a kitchen, table to eat on main level, upstairs had the bathrooms, bedrooms, living area and another table that we used to play games. We would stay here again!

Summary: We were very happy with everything, except the BBQ s aren't very good unless you want to do hotdogs or burgers. But otherwise it was great quite, clean, it was actually better that the pictures for a nice change. We would stay there again.

Summary: Older property in excellent condition.Mgmt. Very accomodating, friendly and eager to make your stay wonderful. The location was fabulous, very close to restaurants, activities, grocery stores, etc. The pool was very nice and had plenty of chairs. Hot tub was excellent and this property also had it's own private beach, also with chairs. Free laundry facilities for each unit. Would stay here again!!

Summary: The property is well maintained. We saw people cleaning areas of the property regularly. Units themselves are a bit cumbersome to get around but the screened in porch area was wonderful. We would definitely like to come back next year.
